Del trained as a psychologist at City, University of London and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council UK. He is also accredited with the British Psychological Society.

He has worked with people who, having experienced a wide range of personal difficulties, have sought support from Del.

Past roles have seen him work in the UK and internationally in the corporate sector, the National Health Service (NHS), third-sector organisations, higher education and independent practice. His work has included working with individuals, couples and families across various cultural backgrounds, ages and abilities including children, adolescents, and adults.
