Louise is the Administration Manager and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the clinic’s administrative operations. She oversees internal processes, supports the wider team, and helps ensure patients receive an efficient and well organised service from start to finish.

With over six years of experience in healthcare administration and patient services, Louise has developed a strong understanding of clinic operations, patient coordination, and improving internal processes. She is passionate about creating efficient systems that support both patients and staff while maintaining a high standard of service.

Outside of work, Louise enjoys travelling, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
