Sonia is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey towards better mental health. With a degree in Psychology and over a decade of experience in the mental health field, she’s had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life.

Her career began in 2014 as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, where she first applied Cognitive Behavioural techniques to help people manage and improve their mental well-being. Over time, she became a fully qualified CBT Therapist, broadening her expertise and working across various mental health services.

Sonia specialises and has an interest in General Anxiety, Depression, Social Anxiety, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). She understands how debilitating the symptoms of anxiety and depression can be, often having a profound impact on daily life. While these are her primary areas of focus, she also provides support for individuals dealing with symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Low Self-Esteem, Health Anxiety and many other challenges.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, or any other emotional challenges, she is there to listen, guide, and work with you to find practical solutions.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, going for walks and being outdoors.
